Our Role:

  • DotERB was responsible for the complete development and implementation of the New Student Admission Web App. Our involvement included:
  • UI/UX Design: Designing an intuitive interface that simplifies the application process for prospective students while providing clear navigation and access to necessary information.
  • Web Development: Building a robust web application that manages the entire admission workflow, including application submission, document verification, exam scheduling, and enrollment.
  • Application Management: Implementing features for the efficient handling of student applications, including automated notifications, document uploads, and status tracking.
  • Data Security: Ensuring that all student data is securely stored and managed, with strong encryption and secure authentication processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Providing university staff with tools to analyze application data, track progress, and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conducting thorough testing to guarantee the application’s reliability, performance, and security, followed by a successful launch.
